OPENING TIMES
SUNDAY - THURSDAY
3PM until Late*
FRIDAY & SATURDAY
12PM - 5AM*
*Times are subject to change at any time. Listen out for announcements inside the venue or posted on our social media pages.
ENTRY IDENTIFICATION
We accept a Driving Licence (Provisional or Full) or an in-date valid Passport ONLY. All entries and ejections are at the discretion of our management and security teams and all refusals are final.
DRESS CODE
We don't however we cannot accept customers in sports wear after 9pm, this includes shorts or tracksuits. All decisions are made on a case by case basis and are at the discretion of our management teams.
CHILD ACCESS
Children are only permitted in our venue until 9pm. All persons under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times whilst visiting.
PET ACCESS
Your best friends are only permitted access to our venues until 9pm due to health and safety reasons. We can provide dog/cat bowls of water upon request until this time.
BOOKING DEPOSITS
We can depending on the size of your group and the date the booking is required. Please email boxoffice@barpop.co.uk to discuss all payment/reservation options.
MOBILITY ACCESS
We do! On arrival please speak to one of friendly promotions, security or management team and they will assist you. Unfortunately, at BarPop we only have mobility access to our main floor at this time.
SHOW TEAM BOOKINGS
Of course! When they are not strutting their stuff entertaining you on our stages, our incredible cast are available for your event. Send an email today to: jackie@barpop.co.uk to discuss this in further detail.
VIP TABLE BOOKINGS
Please click our BOOK NOW button featured on the website and that will direct you to all our event bookings. For large groups please email: boxoffice@barpop.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM
All our photographs are uploaded to our Facebook social media page within 48 hours. Key rings is not a service provided by BarPop and you must discuss any issue with the photographer. Filming for media or news takes place inside on special events. Please look out for notices.
LOST PROPERTY
All lost property found in our venues is kept for a maximum of seven days before being handed over to charity. If you have lost an item, please email us on the contact form below and one of our team will get back to you as soon as we can, or pop-in when we are open to check.
ANOTHER ISSUE
We are sorry to hear you may have an issue that we did not answer here, but do not worry, simply drop us a message on the contact form below with as much detail as you can and our venue management team will get back to you. All emails will be responded to.
